Genesis: 29:15, Jacob worked for Laban for seven years in return for younger daughter Rachel as his wife. He finally worked another seven years totally fourteen years for Laban.

But I did not turn my back on them for this issue and tried to remain neutral with the advice of higher official around summer of 1995. With this political stance includes my back of the history case of 228 on camp, which I prompted the China Times article 1990 of Control Yuan officer Tao Bai-Chuan for credit to ask President Lee Tang-hui and DPP legislators and Taiwan Shin Sheng Daily newspaper editors for further law efforts and details for this history 228 case. I was harassed by energy device and verbal warnings since then on and under medical control in asylum and psychotherapy clinic for five years.

The U.S.A. first lady Hillary R. Clinton was said once been to Taiwan, with the second term custody of human rights watch of Legislator Wu Shu-chen's spouse, which was Mr Chen Shui-bian. As far as I know, the first lady Clinton was said ever to express concerns over this kind of discrimination issue, something like the racial or sexual discrimination issue in the USA federal law, with the custody of human rights watch from Tainan City. I had tried my efforts to remain neutral about this political issue, sir.

關於1994年英國籍特勤憲兵史先生與美國籍依娃中士在台北死亡，與在下相關的台北民權案，美國白宮的聯邦長官當時向台北市的立法委員代理指揮官要了一個報復名單，但是點出只要一個人的名字不要兩個名字；在1994年演習事件狀況開始國民黨的李總統先生以國家安全會議管制國會立法委員；另外在民主進步黨方面召開臨時中常會，推測包括當時還健在的康寧祥立委、黃信介立委、盧修一等人，以及當時的尤清台北縣長、李應元(哈佛碩士)等人都是閉門會議當然成員，屏東籍當時的台灣省議員蘇貞昌先生據了解當時亦自南投趕至台北參加軍事演習活動，推測亦為民進黨閉門臨時中常會成員；當時由年輕民進黨的立委助理陳菊小姐提出在下張少尉憲兵官雖然在營告知嘉義籍但卻拒絕陳立委面邀而加入國民黨，然而詹(林)姓駕駛兵檔案浙江籍卻為陳立委遊說憲兵43期大專預官唯一加入民進黨者，發言民進黨員應不分省籍支持黨員對抗雖然是台籍的國民黨成員，並決定交出在下名字予以趨前要求澄清名單的美國訪問團代表，在美國第一夫人希拉蕊女士將陳立委代指揮官交付的驗屍單攜出返美後，陳菊小姐等同以民進黨臨時中常會名義，交付予以美國參眾議員率領的軍事國防觀摩訪問團成員，為美籍依娃小姐死亡美軍報復名單對象，種下長期台北民權案騷擾侵權的文件檔案與法律來源。

When early 1994 the Detroit girl Ms Eva Ivory was said she ever been to some kind of computer laboratory...Later the British private Tim S. Landon died in July, 1994...Then Ms. Eva Ivory died one month later on August 14. During which period, because President Bill Clinton was sensitive to that ethnic Asian discrimination issue discussed...President Mr Bill Clinton also asked Legislator Chen Sui-bian for a name to serve for the USA military revenge purpose for the death of Ms Eva Ivory though she had transferred to Taiwan nationality...Then Legislator Chen signed two names in one on the post-mortem ticket...which was carried back by the first lady Hillary R. Clinton to the White House.

The two names signed in one to be given was asked by the federal government officer on the occasion of Taiwan military exercise to clarify to be as only my full name, supplied by Ms Chen Chu, the incumbent Kaushiung City mayor at this moment 2010, during the interim convention caucus of Democratic Progressive Party at that time in 1994.

First Lady Hillary R. Clinton was along with relatives of T. S. Landon and Ms. Eva Ivory(her mother) to mention this post-mortem ticket when I was in front of Lexington Subway station of New York City in summer of 1996, also online communicated without name and face features, just first lady''s identity...at New York City in 1996. Then First Lady Hillary R. Clinton was also against the advice of her husband, President Bill Clinton, to set the parameter making me act as a reference at New York City to the reject of human rights or child abuse case appealed by a New York public school young lawyer...I remember they also mentioned in New York City that I should commit suicide, sir.

Bush she decided herself to upgrade that program. That's a laboratory craft work upon myself since I was teenager as far as I know. But Ms Eva Ivory also was said to decide to upgrade that program because the First Lady Hillary R. Clinton want to punish me for the Taipei governmental secret file of ethics and discipline scandal.

After 1994 when I graduated from university to serve a national obligated military service, Ms. Eva Ivory was said to be cheated to come along with me to registered at the Military Academy high school. Besides, she found that her upgraded program cannot function without some kind of activity of initial ignition. Later the British private Tim S. Landon died in July, 1994, he was said to volunteer to start the program initial ignition mission, while I was on-camp in anger he went online without name and face features just nominally communicated to ask me of a question, for he who sinned should be judged to death penalty, before he committed suicide. I said yes, sir. But the American officer Mr George W. Bush said he cannot let the British to initial that AI program, then he was shifting the stance to argue that this subject of an ethnic Asian, yellow race, cannot be served of an AI machine initial ignition by an English white man. Then Ms. Eva Ivory died one month later on August 14. During which period, because President Bill Clinton was sensitive to that ethnic Asian discrimination issue discussed, he tried to set up another AI program upon his wife, the first lady Hillary R. Clinton, to ask me the second lieutenant military police officer to do a favor for the first lady of initial ignition for her own AI program as her heart and most trusted one. Mr President Bill Clinton said to the Taiwanese legislators that when this ethnic Asian young second lieutenant died for the initial ignition of the White House First Lady, which should be described as a white race, then we will be equal without ethnic discrimination issue to progress the Democracy in Taiwan.

President Mr Bill Clinton also asked Legislator Chen Sui-bian for a name to serve for the USA military revenge purpose for the death of Ms Eva Ivory though she had transferred to Taiwan nationality. The Federal government officers of USA, including an inland House Representative who argued about the AI account for welfare of their state militia national guard young soldiers, all harassed me at New York City, a F1-student Visa business graduate school student registered at City University of Baruch College, with this sole reason. I remember they also mentioned in New York City that I should commit suicide, sir.

To NY Mayor M. Bloomberg: Mr Bush promoted Texas Instrument PC to me

Dear Mayor Michael Bloomberg:


On March 11, 2010 I wrote an e-mail letter to mayor about TAA member died in New York City in 1996. He might testify to the NYC government or council for a UN Child Abuse Case but with a dated USA military contract signed in Japan. According to an Ausralia officer notifying me in 1993, that UN Case was of the child myself. 林家簽約幹員處死案(聯合國受虐兒案)

為杜克大學牙醫孿生兄弟牙齒修補案，海山國中兒童半數以上牙齒遭能量裝置破壞，當時美國駐台GI大兵告知14歲的小男生訊息內容是：「蔣經國不會放過你的，我這樣是為你好。」另外還有在雅虎部落格中所稱的小壞蛋的訊息內容。美國駐台軍人當時在中山北路的酒吧還是可以發現蹤影，他的意思是對美國長官告知承擔小朋友牙齒遭毀的虐待兒童責任，他在台灣有一個類似幹員班簽約徵員的組員，在當時相同的訊息中表示其實是這個台灣人的責任，自白內容說他在試能量裝置定位時沒有考慮到後果這麼嚴重，訊息最後內容是該年輕的駐台美軍短時間處死了他的台籍徵員組員，該組員可能人在台灣，也可能人在美國境內。後來聽說該台籍學生模樣的組員，其實是台北縣官派縣長林豐正或是華南銀行林明誠的子弟，可能是親戚的小孩，很年輕就死在美國了。

我的母親是日本據台剛結束時，她的教師校長父親送給窮人家領養的養女，所以對日本仍舊有一種特殊的感情存在，所以對林豐正縣長或是華南銀行林明誠，大致上都是很尊敬他們的，也會聽他們的意見；我到美國唸紐約市立大學三個月後祖母死亡強制輟學回台後，和我母親的觀念就不是很相同了。我推測我的新港日本養女母親，曾經在我唸國中時多次與台北縣教育局官員至台北市處理此幼兒民權案，她並不清楚林縣長或是華南銀行林董事長的親戚小孩在年輕時就死在美國了。

聽說在美國唸耶魯法律學院的希拉蕊‧羅德漢‧柯林頓阿姨(Mrs Hillary Rodham Clinton)，在她當選阿肯色州第一夫人之前，曾經有回報要求處理台灣的這個受虐兒童案，回報後不久林縣長官或林董事長家與美國簽約當兵的小孩就死了，因為中美那時剛斷交，台灣的駐台美軍也因此沒有前途展望，那個年輕的美國大兵組長聽說因為長官責怪，在林縣長官或林董事長小孩死亡幾年間，同樣也在台灣自殺死亡。這兩個美軍簽約人員，一個是台籍亞洲裔，一個可能是美籍白種男性，對同來台灣的白種女性婦女會人員曾經抱怨說：「這個從鄉下來的小朋友遭虐待不可以所以必須處理，那我們被嚴重虐待就不關妳們婦女會的事喔！這小男孩不久長大和我們有什麼不同？」婦女會給他們的回答是：「你們等他長大後再虐待他不就好了嘛。」這是我的存檔在聯合國的兒童受虐兒案開始的起始點時間與經過情況，大約在我唸建國中學時，該檔案的末尾因美籍大兵組長在台自殺寫入評論，內容說這台灣小男生的受虐兒案存檔在聯合國，但是因為該白種男生接續林家簽約幹員自殺案影響，一輩子註定翻黑無法翻身了。

希拉蕊‧羅德漢‧柯林頓(Mrs Hillary Rodham Clinton)阿姨在台灣有馬英九先生與陳水扁先生兩個固定回報機制，先後也都成為了美軍簽約幹員，和林縣長或林董事長的小孩在1983年的情況大概是相同的，小布希(Mr George W. Bush)先生在2004年以美國總統身份身兼1996年就承擔的徵員主任職務，告知台灣訊息的徵員訊息內容是說：「美軍幹員與聯邦政府高級官員的薪資與社會地位相當，你想要簽還不一定可以呢！」這個訊息內容大致上與1994年對在台北市的底特律少女依娃‧愛弗麗簽約助理幹員說的：「妳隨便徵員簽進了一堆良莠不齊的人，我要怎麼批核？」與在1996年在紐約市的赴美留學生張少尉退伍板橋市民眾，為法庭因故駁回的民權案相關事宜共同見證人之訊息，當時在柯林頓總統躲避陳幹員找白宮助理要求撤銷該軍事幹員合約被拒絕時，安慰台北市立法委員與新當選台北市長的陳幹員說的話內容是相同一致的；在1996年當時柯林頓總統聽了很不高興，說那軍事合約那麼好的話，要求希拉蕊阿姨的助理，想辦法叫人在紐約市留學的板橋市人張少尉，也跟著簽一份這樣的高級聯邦政府官員等級的合約好了！這是我從紐約市因祖母在醫院死亡與遭強制輟學回台前的相關環境，也是可笑的聯合國受虐兒檔案的始末。我今年剛滿40歲。
